2026 Rental Rate:

• Summer Season $3500 per week plus taxes
• Shoulder Season runs from May 1^st to last week of June and from last week of August to end of September. The rate is 25% off the summer rate, which is prorated for the length of stay (minimum 3 days) plus taxes. A cleaning fee of $220 will also be added for any rental which is less than seven days.
• Taxes are not included in the price above and will be added when the quote is sent to the guest for review and approval prior to booking.

Internet: This home has Wi-Fi.

Pets: A pet is permitted with prior approval by Wind and Waves. A $150 pet fee per week is required.

Occupancy: Maximum 6 guests including children.

Turnover Day and Length of Stay: In summer season, this home has a Saturday changeover and books for a minimum of 7 days. In shoulder season turnover days are flexible and the minimum length of stay is 3 days.

Bed Configuration: This charming property features 3 spacious bedrooms (One king bed and two queen beds).

Location: Experience the enchantment of Hornby Island with this exceptional coastal retreat, ideally situated in the highly desirable Sandpiper area. Just steps away from pristine blue waters, this location is perfect for swimming, paddling, and enjoying peaceful days at the beach.

House Description: Upon entering, you are greeted by soaring ceilings and an open-concept kitchen and dining area, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for both everyday living and entertaining. The generous living space is ideal for family gatherings and cozy evenings indoors, providing plenty of room for everyone to unwind. Located on the second floor, the oversized primary bedroom serves as a private retreat within the home, complete with a personal ensuite and peaceful views that enhance its sense of tranquility.

Water: The water is supplied by rainwater catchment and cisterns; therefore, water conservation is necessary. The water is good for cooking, washing dishes, bathing etc. For drinking water, you will be supplied with five gallons of water. The water container can be refilled from the Co-op Gas Bar or Ford’s Cove dispenser (for a small charge).

Linens: In line with the water conservation efforts on the island, the guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, and dishcloths. Comforters and pillows are provided.

Garbage and Recycling: As part of the Hornby Island experience you will be required to visit the Hornby Island Recycling Centre and dispose of your own garbage and recycling before the end of your stay. Refundable bottles and cans can be donated to

the Hornby Island Preschool which uses the funds to support their programs.
