In the shoulder season shorter rentals (minimum 3 days stay) are considered. The shoulder season runs from May 1 to mid-June and after the September long weekend to the end of September. A cleaning fee of $165 will be added to any rental less than one week.

Charming 2-bdrm plus loft cottage on a half acre on sunny side of street, short stroll down the hill to Sandpiper Beach. Set back well from road for peace and privacy, this inviting home features a bright open concept kitchen, dining & living area - perfect for entertaining or cozy evenings. Two generously sized bedrooms plus fun loft. A big deck for sunny days, grilling and al fresco dining. 

There is a king size bed in one bedroom and a set of single beds in the other bedroom and a queen bed in the loft. There is a steep ladder up to the loft so that space is not suitable for small children. There are 2.5 bathrooms, One with a tub and the main has a large shower.

The home has several skylights and large windows to let in the sunshine. There is a BBQ and fire pit. In the summer the property is filled with berries and fruit.

Drilled well with a water filtering system. There is a reverse osmosis tap in the kitchen for drinking water.

In line with the water conservation efforts on the island, you are required to bring your own sheets, towels, and dishcloths.

Applicable taxes are not included in the price and will be added at time of booking.
