2026 Rental Rate:
- Summer Season $2300 per week plus taxes
- Shoulder Season runs from May 1st to last week of June and from last week of August to end of September. The rate is 25% off the summer rate, which is prorated for the length of stay (minimum 3 days) plus taxes. A cleaning fee of $165 will also be added for any rental which is less than seven days.
- Taxes are not included in the price above and will be added when the quote is sent to the guest for review and approval prior to booking.

Occupancy: Maximum 4 guests including children.
Turnover Day and Length of Stay: In summer season, this home is a Saturday turnover and books for a minimum of 7 days. In shoulder season turnover days are flexible and the minimum length of stay is 3 days.
Bed Configuration: On the ground floor there is a king-size bed in the main bedroom and a set of single beds in the other bedroom that could be made into a king bed.
Location: This charming 2-bdrm cottage is on a half-acre on the sunny side of street which is a short stroll down the hill to Sandpiper Beach.
House Description: Set back well from road for peace and privacy, this inviting home features a bright open concept kitchen, dining & living area - perfect for entertaining or cozy evenings. There is a big deck for sunny days, grilling and al fresco dining. There are 2.5 bathrooms, one with a tub and the ensuite in the main bedroom has a large shower. The home has several skylights and large windows to let in the sunshine. In the summer the property is filled with berries and fruit.
Water: The water is supplied by a well with a water filtering system. There is a reverse osmosis tap in the kitchen for drinking water.
Linens: In line with the water conservation efforts on the island, the guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, and dishcloths. Comforters and pillows are provided.
Garbage and Recycling: As part of the Hornby Island experience you will be required to visit the Hornby Island Recycling Centre and dispose of your own garbage and recycling before the end of your stay. Refundable bottles and cans can be donated to the Hornby Island Preschool which uses the funds to support their programs.

We LOVED l'Oasis
Thank you for a wonderful stay. We absolutely loved the place: beautiful, very clean, well furnished kitchen, closeness to the water... It suited our needs perfectly. Hornby was a great discovery for us and we loved our week there. Beautiful hikes and swims. We were three most of the week (2 adults, 1 child), 5 for a couple of days, and there was plenty of room for everybody to be comfortable. Thank you again!

We absolutely loved our stay at L’oasis. We stayed with our two kids and their cousin and it was perfect for our small family. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and little games and puzzles and books for the kids. The location was lovely too - we loved gathering blackberries on the way to the beach and baking treats with our “catch” every evening. We’d love to come back!
Relaxing Stay
Stayed here with our family of 4, with 2 boys, ages 3 & 8. Cute, cozy little cabin with everything we needed. We enjoyed all the toys & games for the kids, as well as the great book collection. Also appreciated the use of the paddle board. Kitchen was well stocked. Only thing we missed was a microwave, mainly for the kids. Internet worked well. Appreciated having access to laundry with the children. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Ray was attentive and provided great recommendations.
