This home is a Friday changeover and books for a minimum of one week during the summer season

No linens, please bring you own sheets, pillowcases, towels and dishcloths

In the shoulder season shorter rentals (minimum 3 days stay) are considered. The shoulder season runs from May 1 to June 26th and August 29th to the end of September. A cleaning fee of $220 will be added to any rental less than one week. Shoulder season rate is 25% off the summer rate and is prorated for the length of stay.

The space

Enjoy a master bedroom with King size bed, two additional bedrooms one with a queen size bed and one with a double bed and an eagles nest landing overlooking the living room with 2 single beds - perfect for kids!

A compact but fully loaded kitchen and large open living area that connects to the large deck.

Full bathroom and an extra outdoor shower is a bonus!

Other things to note

There are no dangerous animals on Hornby. Seeing a mosquito on the property is rare. This location usually receives a constant ocean breeze. The front lawn always has a shady spot. Sunrises on Clam Shell Beach park can be spectacular.

Two resident Ravens (he & she) watch over and protect this property.
