This home is a Friday changeover and books for a minimum of one week during the summer season

No linens provided, please bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels and dishcloths

In the shoulder season shorter rentals (minimum 3 days stay) are considered. The shoulder season runs from May 1 to mid-June and after the September long weekend to the end of September. A cleaning fee of $220will be added to the any rental for less than one week. Shoulder season rate is 25% off the summer rate and is prorated for the length of stay.

There is a king bed in the main bedroom upstairs. The second bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a single up and double down. It is located on the main floor as well.

This amazing home is located about 100 feet from the Sandpiper Beach access.  There are views of the ocean and it has sun all day long.  This home has a very large lawn area. An open floor plan awaits you when you walk into the home.

The main living area is open concept and very bright. There is a water cooler with 15 litres of drinking water.
