Whale Song

This is a newly constructed waterfront home in a beautiful part of Anderson Drive.   The home will be completely finished on the inside and out with high end finishes by June of 2025.  There is an expansive ocean front deck with stairs to the beach and a concrete deck on the Anderson Road side of the home.  The pictures will be updated periodically as the home is completed.  

Whale Song's rate for the 2025 season is $4500 per week. This is a discounted rate from the regular 2026 rate of $5000.  This reflects that there will still be some landscaping to be planted in the fall around the septic field etc. .  

The maximum number of people, including children, is 6.

there are no Pets permitted in this home. 

During the summer season, this is a weekly rental only with the check in and check out date on a Sunday

The property offers breathtaking views of the Salish Sea towards Texada Island and has a lovely staircase to the beach below. The beach itself is a picturesque combination of large rocks and sandstone and features a small and secluded cove directly in front, ideally suited for swimming or launching your boat or kayak for a day of adventure. 

The brand new home provides a warm & cozy atmosphere with large windows on the oceanside, allowing you to fully appreciate the beauty of your location. Outside, a deck awaits on the front of the cottage, providing the perfect spot to start or finish your day with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the ever-changing seascape. You'll never tire of the mesmerizing views!

There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds which can be pushed together to make a short king bed.

The home can accommodate no more than six adults.

Applicable taxes are not included in the price and will be added at time of booking.
