2026 Rental Rate:

• Summer Season $5000 per week plus taxes
• Shoulder Season runs from May 1^st to last week of June and from last week of August to end of September. The rate is 25% off the summer rate, which is prorated for the length of stay (minimum 3 days) plus taxes. A cleaning fee of $220 will also be added for any rental which is less than seven days.
• Taxes are not included in the price above and will be added when the quote is sent to the guest for review and approval prior to booking.

Pets: This home does not permit pets.

Occupancy: Maximum 6 guests including children.

Turnover Day and Length of Stay: In summer season, this home is a Sunday turnover and books for a minimum of 7 days. In shoulder season turnover days are flexible and the minimum length of stay is 3 days.

Bed Configuration: There are three bedrooms. All bedrooms have one king-size bed.

Location: This waterfront home is on Anderson Drive, and the property offers breathtaking views of the Salish Sea towards Texada Island and has a lovely staircase to the beach below.

House Description: This new one level home provides a warm & cozy atmosphere with large windows on the oceanside, allowing you to fully appreciate the beauty of the location. The open concept living area has a large kitchen with an island, a dining room table, and a living room. There are two bathrooms, a large ensuite with a shower in the main bedroom, and a bathroom between the other two bedrooms that has a shower as well.

Outside, a deck awaits on the front of the home complete with comfortable deck furniture, a large table, and a gas BBQ, This provides the perfect spot to start or finish your day with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the ever-changing seascape. You'll never tire of the mesmerizing views!

The beach itself is a picturesque combination of large rocks and sandstone and features a small and secluded cove directly in front, ideally suited for swimming or launching your boat or kayaking for a day of adventure.

Water: The water is supplied by a well with a cistern. The water is potable.

Linens: In line with the water conservation efforts on the island, the guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, and dishcloths. Comforters and pillows are provided.

Garbage and Recycling: As part of the Hornby Island experience you will be required to visit the Hornby Island Recycling Centre and dispose of your own garbage and recycling before the end of your stay. Refundable bottles and cans can be donated to the Hornby Island Preschool which uses the funds to support their programs.
