In the shoulder season shorter rentals (minimum 3 days stay) are considered. The shoulder season runs from May 1 to mid June and after the September long weekend to the end of September. A cleaning fee of $220 will be added to the any rental less than one week. Shoulder season rate is 25% off the summer rate and is prorated for the length of stay.

Porpoise House is located right on Sandpiper Beach, one of the best beaches for kayaking, swimming and exploring on Hornby. The property has direct access to the beach. This beautiful, west coast modernist, waterfront home has 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds and is located on a 1/2 acre lot.

The home comes with high ceilings, a huge skylight and a big deck with ocean view. There is outdoor seating for dining al fresco and a BBQ. There is one bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink and another separate room with an extra shower. the kitchen is fully equipped with a convection oven, microwave and dishwasher.

In keeping with water conservation efforts on Hornby no linens are provided, please bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels and dishcloths.

Applicable taxes are not included in the price and will be added at time of booking.
