In the shoulder season, shorter rentals (minimum 3 days stay) are considered. The shoulder season runs from May 1st to mid June and after the September long weekend to the end of September. A cleaning fee of $150 will be added to the any rental less than one week.

This 1300 sq. ft., two storey, level entry home is in a beautiful location, on a quiet street, and within 10 min walking distance of Sandpiper Beach. This home permits pets (with preapproval) and has internet service. The 1/2 acre lot is south facing and has a wonderful grove of arbutus trees shading the deck. The home sits back from the road with plenty of room for the children to run and play.

The name of this home "Dóigh Nádair" is pronounced doe na dare, and it is a beautiful Gaelic phrase which means'The Way of Nature'. From the moment you step onto the property you will feel at home, and at peace. The owners have recently completed considerable updates includingrepainting the inside, anew hot water tank, and various other updates.

The home has a full kitchen with electric stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, and everything needed to prep a meal. There is also an electric BBQ and a smart TV.

The home has one bedroom on the main floor with a queen sized bed and an ensuite with a shower. Access is throughaseparate entrance from outside the home.On the second floor there are two good size bedrooms with blinds. One has a queen size bed and the other with two XL single beds that can be separate or put together to form a king sized bed. Both bathrooms have been updated. Themain bathroom has a tub/shower combination and the ensuite has a shower.

Water is provided by a well and the owners have installeda new 3 step water filtration system with a UV filter.

The home is excellent for children with lots of areas to play outside. The home comes with outdoor furniture andindoor games.

In line with the water conservation efforts on the island, you are required to bring your own sheets, towels, and dishcloths. There is also an outdoor clothes line to dry your towels and bathing suits.

Pets are permitted with prior approval ($150 pet fee per week will be required)
