In the shoulder season shorter rentals (minimum 3 days stay) are considered. The shoulder season runs from May 1 to mid June and after the September long weekend to the end of September. A cleaning fee of $220 will be added to the any rental less than one week. Shoulder season rate is 25% off the summer rate and is prorated for the length of stay.

No pets are allowed at this home.

Hialina is a west coast design three bedroom home located in the desirable High Salal on Hornby Island. The home has been built in a U shape with windows across the waterfront side overlooking Tribune Bay, Hornby Island and Vancouver Island.

The view is truly amazing! The center of the house is open-concept living with kitchen, dining, and sitting area. The two level decks span the length of the home and has access from the living area as well as the master bedroom and the second bedroom.

The master bedroom with king size bed is in it's own wing and has a small office, walk-in closet, bathroom, and soaker tub. The other two bedrooms each with a queen bed, are in a wing on the opposite side of the house.

Please note this is a cliff side waterfront and not suitable for small children. The inland side of the property is mostly forest with some clearings. On the waterfront side there is a good size lawn area and then terraces with trees and shrubs before the cliff.
