When you cancel your plans the following policy applies:

• A $250 cancellation fee applies to the cancelation of any booking regardless of when the booking is cancelled.  

• 100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier less the cancelation fee.

• 50% of rental fee is refundable if cancelled after 30 days before arrival less the cancelation fee.

• 0% of the rental fee is refundable if cancelled less than 30 days before the rental.

• If for any reason, Wind and Waves must cancel the booking, the full amount of any monies paid will be returned to the guest.
